Project Manager Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager Lead at Olo, you will guide restaurant brands through the implementation of our SaaS platform, ensuring successful project outcomes and enhancing customer experiences.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of projects with varying complexity.
• Align internal stakeholders with customer objectives.
• Champion change management initiatives.
• Monitor the full project lifecycle.
• Develop complex project plans based on contract scope.
• Resolve key issues presented by customers and team members.
• Provide recommendations for improving implementation velocity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive communication.
• Engage with customers to identify their project needs.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• 2+ years managing Enterprise level accounts.
• Experience with complex accounts at senior business and IT levels.
• Impeccable project management and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding problem assessment and resolution abilities.
• Preferred experience with Jira, Guru, Rocketlane, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
• Ability to be on-call after hours and weekends as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
