Overview

The Manager, Vendor Management - Outside Sales will lead execution aspects of contact centers supporting Brightspeed’s Outbound Calling Programs, focusing on developing sales strategies and managing vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management.
  • Experience in managing contact centers and BPO operations.
  • Outbound sales experience is a must.
  • Strong customer focus and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proven track record in developing staff.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Experience in the broadband or telecom industry is a plus.
