Overview

As a Manager, Vendor Management - Sales at Brightspeed, you will lead the execution of outbound calling programs while managing vendor relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with sales goals.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and lead crisis management efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership and contact center management.
  • Experience with outbound sales and service strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and tracking KPIs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of broadband products and services.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience with compliance and risk management.
  • Master's Degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
