The Manager of IT Vendor Management will oversee relationships and performance of IT Managed Service Providers and various vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT vendor management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Experience with supplier contracts.
• Understanding of Agile contracts.
• Ability to analyze vendor performance.
• Experience with offshore contracts is a plus.
• Certifications like ITIL or PMP are preferred.
