Overview

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for resolving technical issues related to digital dentistry production, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service.

In Short

  • Provide technical support via phone and email to clinical customers.
  • Assist in reviewing surgical plans through software.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot dental equipment and software issues.
  • Support laboratories in scanning and designing prostheses.
  • Install and reinstall software solutions remotely.
  • Create educational materials such as tutorials.
  • Report design and maintenance issues to engineering teams.
  • Utilize Dynamics ticketing tool for issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or sales in the dental sector.
  • Degree in dental engineering or as a dental technician preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with CAD CAM software.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
