Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in assisting users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring they get the most out of our products.

In Short

  • Assist users by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to provide solutions and updates.
  • Support configuration and integration of Lightspeed products.
  • Manage support requests through email, chat, and phone.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and device-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Lightspeed products and related technologies.
  • Measure success through various performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and case flow with other teams.

Requirements

  • 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
  • Familiarity with operating system installation (Windows and macOS).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Knowledge of IP and network management.
  • Experience with Ubuntu Server is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work onsite and support varying shifts.
