Overview

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools, APIs, and scripting.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Analytical mindset for problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work on-call for high-impact cases.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, GPS, and telematics is a plus.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS) are desirable.
