Overview

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in SaaS or IoT.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and cloud architectures.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and scripting is a plus.
