As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for solving technical challenges and helping customers maximize their software experience, particularly in the fashion industry and 3D apparel design technology.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in fashion or customer service.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Advanced experience in 3D design software like VStitcher and Lotta.
