Applications Support Analyst / Administrator (Salesforce) - Remote

Overview

The Applications Support Analyst / Administrator (Salesforce) will be our internal “Salesforce Expert” and be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our CRM, playing a critical part in the future success of the GTM team.

In Short

• Support the creation of new Salesforce features and improvements.
• Own general maintenance including user administration and role management.
• Provide timely resolution and manage communications on Salesforce issues.
• Manage and support different business applications and integrations.
• Assist with ongoing data maintenance and hygiene.
• Collaborate with team members to identify system enhancements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience managing or supporting Salesforce administration.
• 2+ years experience managing Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS business model and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
