Overview

As a Salesforce Application Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level support to customers using our Salesforce-based product, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

In Short

  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce-based application configurations and customizations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems for customers.
  • Gather customer requirements and design solutions in Salesforce.
  • Manage Salesforce users and permissions.
  • Generate and analyze Salesforce reports.
  • Perform testing of system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide customer training and create knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor application performance and resolve issues.
  • Ensure support tickets are handled within SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Lightning Experience.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Apps.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies preferred.
  • Advanced level in English.
