Lead Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a QA Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the testing architecture and execution across web platforms and APIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide a team of QA engineers, and work hands-on in both manual and automated testing environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with performance testing tools like Locust.
• Ability to make command-line requests using curl.
• Ability to read and write Java code.
• Strong understanding of REST vs RPC and HTTP verbs.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks.
• Comfort working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills across remote teams.
• Passion for mentoring and quality engineering excellence.
