• Manage day-to-day QA activities and sprint-to-sprint tasks.
• Assess current testing needs and schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to adhere to specifications.
• Report on project issues and create daily QA Metric reports.
• Seek process enhancements and improvements.
• Organize and coordinate QA procedures effectively.
• Communicate effectively with developers and leadership.
• Proficient in various QA tools and technologies.

Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level).
• 7+ years of QA experience as a QA Engineer.
• 5+ years working in an Agile Development Environment.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, AWS, SQL, Java, Selenium, JMeter, Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin, MS Word, Excel, Copilot, ChatGPT, and PowerPoint.
• Effective leadership, scheduling, and management skills.
• Ability to break down business requests into manageable steps.
