Overview

This role is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for an Application Support Analyst who will provide front-line support for software applications, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in application support or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-disciplined and proactive.
  • Ability to handle quick context changes.
