Overview

The Director of HR Technology and People Analytics will lead the Workday implementation and management across all HR and Payroll modules, while building the Talent Analytics capability to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRIS and HR Technology experience, with 5 years in Workday.
• Experience in leading Workday implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across HR modules.
• Proven change management leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in building and leading analytical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and BI tools.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and analytics frameworks.
• Experience in the energy or SaaS industries is a plus.
