Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR or related roles.
• At least 6+ years as a Workday professional.
• Experience in people analytics and HR technology management.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in HR.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management expertise with a track record of delivering initiatives.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
