Overview

The Director of People Analytics will lead efforts in transforming health analytics to support decision-making for Centene's 28 million members, while managing a team of analysts and ensuring effective reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• 5+ years in marketing/customer database analytics.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• SAS Certified Base Programmer Credential preferred.
