Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People (HR) with tech stack ownership.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in high-growth tech-forward environments.
• Workday certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement tech-enabled solutions.
• Experience with payroll management and compliance.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven project and program management experience.
