Overview

The Nobel Biocare Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of Territory Sales Managers, providing strategic direction and support to achieve sales goals while mentoring and coaching team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Dental or Medical Devices.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of dental practice business is preferred.
