Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and retaining revenue-generating opportunities through strategic sales and support of all product and service lines in the assigned territory.

In Short

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer service, and operations.
  • Manage the sales process from lead validation to delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality supply chain management for customers.

Requirements

  • BDS/B. Pharm/B.Eng./B.Sc. (Post-Graduation in Management preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Devices or Dental Industry preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High commitment, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • High sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
  • Agility in adapting to changes in the market.
