Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will act as an ambassador for Cardo Systems, representing the brand in the southern region of Germany. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products and technologies to effectively engage with trade partners and enhance brand awareness.

In Short

  • Act as a brand ambassador in southern Germany.
  • Familiarize with company’s mission and product lines.
  • Build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to trade partner outlets.
  • Participate in events and trade shows.
  • Provide training and support to partners.
  • Collect feedback from end-users.
  • Ensure optimal product availability.
  • Manage partnerships with dealers and distributors.
  • Report to the Country Manager DACH.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • 5+ years experience in brand management.
  • Experience in developing markets in Germany.
  • Must be an active motorcycle rider.
  • Driving license required.
  • Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.
  • Home office setup.
  • Residence in southern Germany, preferably Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria.
