Product Manager – Powersports - Remote

Overview

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join its Powersports product team. Full-time position in the company's offices at Raa'nana, reporting to the VP Product Management.

In Short

• End-to-end inbound and outbound management of product line life cycle from inception to end of life.
• Participate in creating the product line roadmap.
• Create and own the Market Requirement Document (MRD) and Product Requirement Document (PRD).
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to define product requirements’ priorities.
• Drive multidisciplinary product development with R&D teams.
• Accountable for resolving critical issues during the product life cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a high-tech B2C/multidisciplinary company.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to execute a detailed product execution plan.
• High capabilities for data analysis and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience in the automotive market is an advantage.
• Motorcycle license and passion for powersports is a strong plus.
• B.Sc. in Engineering/Computer Science.
• An additional BA/MBA in Business, Marketing is a plus.
