Brand Manager Benelux - Remote

Overview

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for Motorcycles, Outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the Benelux brand strategy and establish and manage our social media presence in the Benelux market.

In Short

• Develop and execute the Benelux brand strategy in line with global brand guidelines.
• Adapt global marketing assets and campaigns for the Benelux market.
• Conduct regular retail store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback.
• Train and educate retail partners and store teams on product USPs, brand values, and new product introductions.
• Represent the brand at key trade shows and consumer and retailer events.
• Lead the development of all Benelux social media channels.
• Develop and implement a Benelux-specific content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics for social media.
• Manage social media budgets and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned regions at least 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Car and Motorcycle driving license – a must.
• A minimum of 3 years of field sales/brand management experience.
• Experience in managing social media channels.
• Must be an active motorcycle rider with experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, preferably also French.
• Residency – Belgium or the Netherlands, ideally in the area of Vlaanderen or the Randstad.
