Overview

The Territory Sales Manager at Allstate is responsible for owning the assigned market and achieving sales objectives to ensure long-term profitable growth and increased market share.

  • Requires a 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • No supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability to analyze market data.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of motivation and self-direction.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
