Overview

The Regional Sales Manager at NETZSCH Pumps USA is responsible for managing sales activities in the Western region, driving business growth, and increasing market share by building strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Manage sales activities in the Western USA region.
• Support distributors and develop aftermarket opportunities.
• Sell NETZSCH products and services to meet sales goals.
• Research and recommend new sales partners.
• Provide training to sales partners on products and operations.
• Make joint sales calls with partners to build relationships.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Provide market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Participate in marketing activities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop regional strategy plans.
• Independent worker with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and present to groups.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and occasionally internationally.
