Regional Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue with enterprise and strategic level companies, building and managing relationships with potential clients throughout the United States.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of sales experience in HCM & SaaS.
• Experience generating opportunities in large enterprise companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work self-directed and proactively.
• Ability to innovate and influence at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with senior leadership.
• Extensive sales methodology training preferred.
• Technical aptitude in software applications.
• Analytical ability to understand metrics and insights.
