Overview

The PLC Support Specialist will support customers and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC, PC, HMI, and NETZSCH Connect via Remote Services, with opportunities for onsite support and participation in Industry 4.0 projects.

• 3-5 years of experience in machine maintenance required.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 3-5 years of experience in machine maintenance.
• Field service experience preferred.
• Solid electrical/programming knowledge.
• Experience in industrial PLC environments, preferably Siemens.
• Experience in remote support.
• Knowledge of drive technology and switchgear construction.
• Experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC flexible.
• Good communication skills and high work quality standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% in Europe.
