Senior Manager, Vendor Management - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager of Vendor Management will be responsible for driving the long-term strategy and execution of our operations vendor ecosystem in support of operational excellence across Clinical Operations and Care Support. This role sits within the Operations Strategy & Excellence team and is ideal for someone who is both a strategic thinker and operational builder—someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable designing scalable processes from scratch.

In Short

• Execute the strategic roadmap for Spring Health’s external vendor ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of vendor relationships.
• Build scalable and repeatable processes for vendor evaluations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards for vendor performance.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or operations strategy.
• Ability to build structured, scalable processes.
• Experience managing complex vendor portfolios.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and executive presentations.
