In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships by staying closely attuned to client goals, challenges, and feedback.
  • Monitor satisfaction and take the lead on resolving issues quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Represent Kunai’s standards of consulting excellence, responsiveness, and integrity.
  • Manage the fit and success of talent placements, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Balance client needs with internal team integrity, advocating for both.
  • Partner closely with Talent and Delivery to surface and address risks early.
  • Work with Sales to scope, grow, and renew client work through thoughtful proposals.
  • Ensure diligent management of client engagement records and commercial terms.
  • Use business acumen to connect client objectives with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4–7+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Technology/Delivery Program Manager, or Sr. Product Manager.
  • Experience owning and driving outcomes on digital projects.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize across multiple engagements.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and confidence to drive clarity.
  • High emotional intelligence.
