Overview

The Client Partner role at FranklinCovey focuses on growing the Leader In Me program in K-12 education by developing relationships with school and district leaders.

  • Full-time position in the Education Sales division.
  • Remote work available anywhere in Colorado, preferably in the Greater Denver area.
  • Anticipated compensation of $80-110k base salary plus commissions.
  • Focus on business development within K-12 education.
  • Build relationships with educational leaders to align solutions with their needs.
  • Diagnose client needs and propose FranklinCovey Education solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training.
  • Live and demonstrate the 7 Habits and 4 Disciplines of Execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate or K-12 education sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in education leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience in lead generation and closing.
  • Experience with subscription-based models in education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
