Leader in Me Coach & Consultant, On-Call - Remote

Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Work with existing LIM schools to achieve high-leverage results.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions and workshops.
• Engage all stakeholders in progressing to ‘Lighthouse’ results.
• Stay current with educational trends and technology platforms.
• Facilitate strong relationships with schools and district leaders.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional regional team.
• Flexibility for extensive travel required.
• On-call position with a daily rate of $750.
• 8+ years in K-12 Education required.
• Experience as a building Principal or District Level Administrator preferred.
