Marketing Events Intern - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in event planning and management. As an Event Intern, you’ll support our events team in executing a range of exciting events.

In Short

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
• Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication
• Support marketing and promotional efforts
• Perform administrative tasks
• Ideal for students or recent graduates
• Minimum 6 months commitment preferred 9 months
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Remote work with preference for Greater SLC area
• Gain hands-on experience in event management
• Compensation is $16.61/hour

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with event management software
• Proficiency in Canva
