Marketing Intern - Remote

Overview

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing to support the overall marketing execution, focusing on our Networking Strategy (Events & Sponsorships) as well as our Content Development for Social Media and Website.

In Short

• Assist in creating marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Support social media management by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
• Support planning and coordination for webinars, conferences, and networking events.
• Help track event RSVPs, manage communications, and follow up with attendees.
• Assist in proofreading and reviewing content to align with Finalis’ tone and voice.
• Help develop presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams on cross-functional projects.
• Support internal documentation and process improvements for marketing operations.
• Assist in project management and coordination of multiple marketing initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, branding, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In English & Spanish).
• Digitally Savvy – Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Canva).
• Analytical & Research-Oriented – Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Creative Thinker – Brings fresh ideas to campaigns and content.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive & Team Player – Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Interest in Finance & Investment Banking – Willingness to learn about fintech and compliance.
