In Short

• Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and promotional materials.
• Support the Brand Marketing Specialist in the planning and execution of DAS Health events, including in-person and virtual events.
• Help manage event registration, attendee lists, and follow-up communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of webinars and virtual roundtables.
• Support pre-event marketing efforts, including promotional emails and social media content.
• Organize and maintain event materials, such as signage, swag, and collateral.
• Research potential event opportunities and industry conferences for DAS Health participation.
• Take on additional, one-time event marketing projects as needed.
• Travel to HQ in downtown Tampa periodically to help assist with event material organization.
• Complete all projects in a detail-oriented manner while gaining insight and exposure to the marketing industry.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Interest in event marketing and planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with virtual event platforms is a plus.
