Overview

DAS Health is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide critical support to the executive team and leadership by managing legal documentation, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents and records.
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts and maintain organized records.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law matters.
• Support corporate transactions by organizing due diligence materials.
• Assist with the formation and maintenance of corporate entities.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with executives to address legal and business needs.
• Provide general administrative support for the Legal Department.
• Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Proactive team member with strong multitasking skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and business law.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools.
