Overview

DAS Health is seeking a full-time, remote Service Desk Technician II to provide advanced, proactive technical support to users efficiently and accurately.

In Short

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, create support tickets.
  • Perform intermediate-level support tasks such as password resets and software installations.
  • Address complex issues including file restoration and VPN connectivity.
  • Serve as the Tier I escalation point for unresolved issues.
  • Engage directly with clients to resolve concerns and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft 365.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
