Overview

In this customer-facing role as a Service Desk Technician I, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your role will include troubleshooting, resolving issues, and contributing to the growth and success of our IT support services.

In Short

  • Be the initial contact for complex technical problems, offering quick and efficient solutions.
  • Answer support calls and collaborate with support team members and internal software development groups.
  • Manage configuration/inventory and shipping of laptop stock for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MS Azure/M365 incidents and requests.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as needed.
  • Actively manage assigned work in the ticketing system.
  • Resolve network issues using basic understanding of IP Addressing, subnetting and TCP/IP.
  • Deskside support of local employees/customers.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions is a plus.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and troubleshooting applications.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Exchange.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-Time position with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
  • 40 hours per week with a weekend shift rotation.
  • Potential to travel to customer sites.
