In Short

  • Handle tech support problems quickly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician.
  • Proficient with Windows and user permissions.
  • Familiar with tech support software/tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Excellent instruction-following skills.
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask in different environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
