Overview

DAS Health is seeking a full-time, remote Service Desk Technician III to provide advanced, proactive technical support to users efficiently and accurately.

In Short

  • Answer incoming Service Desk calls and emails.
  • Create tickets and collect client information.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and support services.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and account managers.
  • Embrace ITIL principles in service delivery.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on complex technical issues.
  • Deliver detailed labor notes and technical documentation.
  • Identify technical problems with trend analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; IT-related degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk or IT support.
  • CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+ certifications required.
  • Strong Networking Knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Cloud Environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office Products.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as a proactive team member.
