Overview

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician Level I who will provide exceptional tech support remotely from Latin America.

In Short

  • Handle tech support problems quickly.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician.
  • Proficient with Windows and user permissions management.
  • Experience with tech support software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer and software issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Strong instruction-following skills.
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask across different customer environments.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
