Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Service Desk Technician Level I, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embrace changes, and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Handle tech support problems swiftly.
  • Sort requests based on urgency and importance.
  • Assist customers via phone or email with tech issues.
  • Resolve problems with hardware and software.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Use a ticketing application to track tasks.
  • Troubleshoot simple network issues.
  • Update tech support documents regularly.
  • Collaborate with other teams on complex issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician.
  • Proficient with Windows and user permissions management.
  • Experience with tech support software and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer and software issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
  • Strong instruction-following skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to multitask in different customer environments.
  • Fluent in English and German.
