We are looking for an English-fluent Service Desk Technician Level I who will work remotely from Latin America. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

In Short

  • Handle tech support problems quickly.
  • Sort and manage requests based on urgency.
  • Assist customers via phone or email with tech issues.
  • Fix computer hardware and software problems.
  • Manage customer accounts setup and modifications.
  • Track tasks in the ticketing application and update customers.
  • Troubleshoot simple network issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date tech support documents.
  • Collaborate with teams on complex issues.
  • Commit to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician.
  • Proficient with Windows and user permissions management.
  • Experience with tech support software and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer and software issues.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask in different customer environments.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
