Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative who will work remotely from Latin America. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience in SaaS sales.

In Short

• Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline in LatAm and U.S. markets.
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
• Customize sales pitches for small and mid-sized businesses.
• Communicate technical value propositions in an engaging way.
• Collaborate with the team to refine go-to-market strategy.
• Manage prospects using a custom-built CRM.
• Build trust with LatAm clients in both Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech product sales.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Strong time management and independent work skills.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Consultative sales approach with experience in demos.
• Clear communicator with understanding of tech and AI space.
• Self-starter mindset.
