Overview

The primary role of the Education Consultant is to work with educators, administrators, and students in the K-12 marketplace to deliver consultative work sessions on various Franklin Covey solutions.

• Facilitate FranklinCovey Education solutions including the Leader In Me process.
• Consult with schools to determine needs and expectations.
• Customize learning content to meet client objectives.
• Adapt delivery to the needs of educators, administrators, and students.
• Create an engaging learning climate for participants.
• Maintain knowledge of Franklin Covey content and the education environment.
• Use visuals effectively during sessions.
• Flexibility for extensive travel required.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience implementing the Leader in Me or facilitating the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
