We offer year-round activities in hundreds of local communities and inspiring world-wide travel experiences enabling teens to explore areas of leadership, service, civic engagement, Israel education and Jewish values.

In Short

• BBYO is looking for Jewish educators to consult and engage with teens.
• Facilitate planning and execution of teen-led services and Jewish enrichment opportunities.
• Support teen leaders in building meaningful chapter programs.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to chapter leadership.
• Encourage creative approaches to Jewish moments.
• Participate in all programming and facilitate assigned activities.
• Help teens discover their Jewish identity.
• Contracted per convention experience with a $1,150 honorarium.
• Additional virtual engagement opportunities may be available.
• Experience working with teens is essential.

Requirements

• Strong Judaic knowledge and background.
• Experience coaching Jewish content.
• Proficient in Jewish prayer, values, holidays, or rituals.
• Capable teacher and motivator.
• Experience working with teens.
• Commitment to authentically representing Jewish identity.
• Positive Jewish role model.
