Overview

The Human Resource Business Partner will lead and inspire early career professionals, overseeing recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding processes, as well as training programs to support organizational goals.

In Short

  • Collaborate with leadership to align programs with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment for early career talent.
  • Conduct interviews and guide the hiring process.
  • Facilitate training programs both in-person and online.
  • Support early career employees' professional development.

  • Monitor and adjust the Fellowship program for success.
  • Develop strategies for talent retention.
  • Provide reports on program effectiveness to leadership.

Requirements

  • Washington, DC preferred, open to remote locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience focused on talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Jewish community preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • 15% travel required for conferences and job fairs.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
