Movement Experiences Intern - Remote

Overview

The Movement Experiences Intern will assist the Movement Experiences Team in various tasks related to customer service, data management, and program coordination, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

In Short

• Work 15-20 hours per week, starting September 2025.
• Deliver high-quality customer support.
• Build CRM expertise using Salesforce and recruitment management systems.
• Coordinate logistics for participants in key programs.
• Ensure data accuracy in digital health record platforms.
• Research scholarship resources for teens and families.
• Support program innovation through research and development.
• Assist with event coordination and RSVP management.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the Customer Service Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Creative and responsible self-starter.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data-entry skills.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week, preferably in the DC office.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable in a virtual setting with team members across U.S. time zones.
