Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Partner with school stakeholders for LIM implementation.
• Focus on building relationships with existing LIM schools.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions.
• Provide resources and guidance for implementation.
• Engage all stakeholders to achieve Lighthouse results.
• Facilitate workshops during summer months across North America.
• Travel independently up to 80% of the time.
• Stay current with educational trends and technology.
• Collaborate with regional teams to communicate LIM value.
• Assist in the retention and expansion of LIM processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education experience.
• Experience as a Principal or Education Consultant.
• Strong coaching and engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and LIM Online.
• High energy, patience, and empathy.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement.
• Geographic location preferred.
