Leader in Me Coach & Consultant, On-Call - Remote

Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Work with school stakeholders to achieve educational goals.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions and workshops.
• Engage with existing LIM schools to foster relationships.
• Provide ongoing support and resources for implementation.

• On-call position with a daily rate.
• Work primarily during the summer months for workshops.
• Collaborate with a regional team to communicate LIM value.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal and/or District Level Administrator.
• Experience with LIM implementation preferred.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage logistics and communication.
• Comfort with technology and systems.
• Strong character and personal maturity.
• High energy and empathy.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement.
