Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

• Partner with school stakeholders for LIM implementation.

• Communicate value of LIM coaching to prospective schools.
• Support retention efforts and expand the LIM process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal, District Level Administrator, or Education Consultant.
• Experience with LIM implementation preferred.
• Strong coaching acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and logistics management.
• Comfortable with technology and various platforms.
• High energy, patience, and empathy are essential.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity.
• Geographic location preferred.
